The Company was started in 2001 by David Baker,
a highly experienced Company Director, after a career as a
senior executive within the polymer and chemical industry
where he was a Divisional Chief Executive of a multi-national
Plc. Following this he successfully completed an MBI and exit
of a medium sized manufacturing company. He then utilized
this vast experience at all levels of a company to Mentor
and provide Business Advice to pre-start, new-start and established
Micro and SME businesses throughout the North West.
To broaden Perrite Business Solutions skills base he brought
in a team of Associates who are all highly experienced Business
Advisers and Business Analysts with many years "hands-on" experience
in a wide range of industries and professions. Industries
covered include rubber and plastics product manufacture,
engineering, component manufacturing, food manufacture,
electrical and electronic industries, and automotive distribution.
All the Business Advisers are members of The Institute of Business Advisers.
Most have been owner-managers and have direct experience
of the problems that SME and Micro Businesses experience
on a day-to-day basis. They have all started at the bottom
and progressed their careers to senior management positions.
They have all 'been - there - and - done - it'. They therefore
bring a wealth of experience to client companies. In addition
Perrite Business Solutions has a pool of specialists available
covering areas including Marketing, Team Building, Bookkeeping
and Accountancy, and Human Resources.
